Online Waiver
The Online Waiver feature allows customers to sign required waivers in advance, making check-in on the day of service smoother and more efficient.
Feature:
- Customers can sign the waiver before arrival
- Required consent is collected ahead of time
- Waiver text is fully customisable
- Payments can only be completed after waiver is signed
- Signature status can be viewed directly in RoomBoss
How to Enable the Online Waiver
Product Setup >> Online Payment Settings
- Click the right icon
in your RoomBoss admin panel to open the Online Payment Settings page.
- Check the box for "Enable Online Waiver".

Setting Up Waiver Templates
Product Setup >> Rich Messages
If the same waiver applies to all vendors:
- Go to “Messages - Account Wide” tab.
- Select "Online Waiver".
- Enter your waiver text.
- You can set up content in multiple languages if needed.

If each vendor uses a different waiver:
- Go to “Messages - Vendor Specific” tab.
- Select appropriate vendor.
- Select "Online Waiver".
- Enter your waiver text.
- You can set up content in multiple languages if needed.

How to Check Customer Signatures
To confirm whether a customer has signed the waiver:
- Open the edit a booking page.
- Go to the "Guest" tab.
- The signature status will be displayed there.
