Sales Desk
Sales Desk Tracking within RoomBoss allows cash drawer reconciliation at the end of day.
To enable Sales Desk Tracking, navigate Account → Edit Account Details → Sales Desk.
When Sales Desk Tracking is enabled:
- A sales desk location is specified by team members when they login.
- Changes to bookings, invoices and payments, as shown in the Booking History and Financial History, will also include the location where the change was made.
- Navigate to Operations → Payments Report to download a PDF or Excel breakdown of the financial transactions by:
- User
- Sales desk location
- Payment method.
- Payments received via credit card, cash, coupon and other payment methods are reconciled against the system report.
