How to Search for Guest Check-in Forms
The Check-in Form Search page allows you to search and view guests' Online Self Check-in forms.
To perform a search:
- Navigate to the Check-in Form Search page - https://checkin.roomboss.com/search
- Select your property from the drop down menu
- Select the Check-in Date
- Click Search
Check-in Form Status
For each guest, the Check-in Form Search page displays the state of the three criteria that make up a completed Online Self Check-in form.
These are:
- Guest Details Completed
- Terms of Stay Accepted
- Guest Signature Received
For the 3 criteria mentioned above, there are 3 states:
- Completed
- Not completed
- Partially completed or requires attention
備考
The guest's first and last name are required to use the Online Self Check-in system. Bookings missing either of these fields will not be synced to Online Self Check-in system (however, the bookings will still be created).
New and modified bookings are synced to the Online Self Check-in system every 5 minutes.
