There are 3 methods for guests to perform Online Self Check-in:

  • Auto Email Self Check-in URL - RoomBoss can automatically send guests an URL to their check-in form in their pre-arrival email. Forms are pre-populated with guest details to minimise the amount of information guests need to fill in. This approach is available for direct and OTA guests for whom you have an email address registered.
  • Convey Check-in ID to Guest - Guests can access their pre-populated check-in form using their Check-in ID (and Last Name). This approach can be used for travel agent bookings where first contact with the guest and the Check-in ID is provided by the front desk team. The link to the form is provided on the hotel website or at the front desk as a QR code.
  • Unpopulated Check-in Forms - If the guest does not have their Check-in ID, it is possible to fill in an unpopulated form. This approach allows you, for example, to receive forms from travel agent guests without requiring the step to convey their Check-in ID to them at the front desk.
