Booking Creation and Cancellation Report

This report provides insight into dates where bookings for specific periods such as winter are created and the cancellation rate.

To access this report:

Navigate to Reporting → Booking Creation and Cancellation

Input

It is possible to customize and narrow down the result of the Booking Creation and Cancelation Report via the following criteria:

• Vendors: Select "All Vendors" in your account or select only certain vendor(s) that you would like to be included.

• Period Start Year: Define the Year when your report should start from. It is possible to select previous years as well.

• Period Start Month: Define the Month when your report should start from.

• Number of Months: To specify the number of months the report would cover (after defining the start year and start month).

You will also need to select what bookings should the report includes:

• Bookings Staying: The start date of the Bookings is some time within the selected search period, and the report will show you when those Bookings were created (how many months ahead of the start date) (ie: If you select the month of January 2024, the report will show you a break-down of when the Bookings were created and how many).

• Bookings Created: Shows how many Bookings have been created per month within the search period (ie: displays only when they were created, not when they’re for).

• Bookings Cancelled: Shows how many Bookings have been cancelled per month within the search period (ie: displays the time they were cancelled, not when they were for).

Output

Upon generation, the first component of the report displays the total number of bookings created and cancelled during the selected period, and the months in which these occurred.

The next component shows sales figures generated each month for bookings that stay in the period chosen as Input for the report.

The charts are interactive showing details upon hovering over them, and results can be downloaded in Excel format.
