In ECS, product configuration follows the structure:

Vendor >> Parent Category >> Subcategory (Type) >> Product/Service

Each level is configured in this order.

Product & Categories Overview

You can use RoomBoss guest service Vendors to sell anything you would like to but to some common uses are:

• Ski Rentals
• Massage
• Yoga classes
• Lift Tickets
• Car Rentals
• Hotel in house services
• Transportation services

There is a lot of freedom with how services are set up but the basic hierarchy is:

• Vendor
• Parent Categories
• Categories (Types)
• Products
