Setup Email Templates
To setup email templates:
- Navigate to Product Setup → Rich Messages
- Select the recipients to receive the email:
- Account Wide - emails sent to all guests that fulfil the trigger events
- Vendor Specific - emails sent on a per vendor basis to guests that fulfil trigger events
- Select the Vendor drop down menu
- Select the email trigger and language from the drop down menu
- Enter the email Subject - when the email is sent, RoomBoss will add the Booking ID to the subject line
- Enter the email text
- Click Save

Merge Tags and HTML can also be used in your templates, please see the Merge Tags section for more information.
You may see a preview of your message by clicking the Preview button.

Saving templates may take a little time. When saving, please wait until you see the Saved message in the top right of the screen before navigating away from the page.
