Cancelling an Agent Booking
Cancel a Reservation
Agents can cancel bookings that have not yet checked-in inside their account. If the agent wants to cancel a booking or you are cancelling a booking because the agent has not paid:
- On the Edit A Booking page, under Booking Status, Click Edit and change the Status from Active to Cancelled, click Save.
- Ensure any awaiting Tasks in the booking are marked as Completed or Won't Complete.
- Both you and the agent will receive a notification email stating that the booking has been cancelled
The format of the email subject will be as below: &#xNAN;[RoomBoss] [My Hotel] 660876 Booking Cancelled (Agent Name)
