Agent Booking Reservations
New Reservation
When a new reservation is made, you will receive a notification email.
The format of the email subject will be as below: &#xNAN;[RoomBoss] [My Hotel] 660876 New Booking (Agent Name)
- Check and confirm the booking details are correct on the Edit A Booking page.
- Add relevant Tasks and set due dates (if applicable).
- Under Add a task, select an Activity from the drop down menu.
- Enter a Description.
- Set a Due Date and Time (if relevant).
- Select a user from the drop down menu Assigned To.
- Click Save
- Invoices will be automatically created on the booking (based on your Invoice Strategy).
- Download the invoice(s) from the Financial tab and send this to the agent via the notification email.
