Stop Sells and Close to Start

Stop selling a product on a day will mean that no booking can be made for this product that crosses that day.

Stop Sell​

Menu >> Product Settings >> Stop Sells

Stop sell is used to prevent more sales on day it is typically used for cases where there is no more availability for a product for a day. ※Product settings must be set up in advance in the product settings.

How to Stop Selling by Product：​

  1. Open the Stop Sells page and go to the By Product tab.
  2. Select the vendor, date, and period for the product you want to stop selling.
  3. The products from the selected vendor and the chosen dates will be displayed.
  4. heck the dates for the products you want to stop selling. If you check the blue checkbox on the far left, all dates within the selected period will be set to stop selling.
  5. Only the dates you checked will be stopped from selling.

If an agent or a direct-booking customer selects a product that has stop-sell dates, the dates you checked will appear in a different color on the product purchase calendar. These dates cannot be clicked, and it will not be possible to create a booking—including request bookings—for those dates.



Stop Sells by Product Option​

Menu >> Product Settings >> Stop Sells

With the Stop Sells by Product Option setting, you can stop the sales of only selected product options, rather than suspending the entire product. ※Product options must be set up in advance in the product settings.

How to Stop Sells by Product Option:​

  1. Open the Stop Sells page and go to the By Product Option tab.
  2. Select the vendor, product, and product option that you want to suspend.
  3. The selected product options will be displayed.
  4. Check the box for the product option(s) you want to suspend.
  5. Only the product options you checked will be suspended from sales.


Close to Start​

Menu >> Product Settings >> Close to Start

Setting Close to Start a product on a day will mean that no booking can be made for this product that commences on the day, booking crossing the day can still be made. Close to Start is used to prevent more sales that start on a day it is typically used for cases where the limitation on sales is operational rather than due to availability.

How to Close to Start:​

  1. Open the Close to Start.
  2. Select the vendor and date you want to set as unavailable for start dates.
  3. The products and dates for the selected vendor will be displayed.
  4. Check the dates of the products you want to set as unavailable for start dates.
  5. Only the dates you checked will be set as unavailable for start dates.
