How to process a new RESERVATION booking (Book Now / Book & Pay) from a direct guests (B2C) or an agent (B2B)
Check New RESERVATION bookings
If a guest makes a RESERVATION booking through the website or an agent makes an RESERVATION booking through their RoomBoss account, you will get notifications in the following ways.
You will receive a notification email like the image below
By clicking "Booking URL" link, you can check the details on Edit a Booking page on RoomBoss

You can also view the list of RESERVATION bookings from Booking HQ
Click Show / Refresh
Bookings will be listed in Recent Reservations section

After Checking the New RESERVATION
For direct guest bookings (B2C)
You can address a message to the guests from "Invoice & Intranet Message" section on the Edit a Booking page (if needed)
You can check the payment status from "Financial" tab on the Edit a Booking page

For agent bookings (B2B)
If the invoice strategy has been setup, the invoice for agents will get generated automatically.
Open "Financial" tab on the Edit a Booking page
Choose "Language - Size of the paper" from the Invoices & Receipts section
Click the download icon (PDF / Words)
Send the invoice you downloaded to the agents by replying to the auto confirmation email

Sharing Guest's Requests / Needs with the Team
Add in the Comment section at the top of the Edit a Booking page
It can be viewed by the user (you) or the agents, but not to the guests.
It can be edited by the user (you) or the agents.
There won't be any notification email when adding / editing the comment.

Add in the Notes section at the bottom of the Edit a Booking page
This can be used if only want to share notes between the user
The agents or the guests cannot view.
