These settings are managed via Product Setup >> Guest Fields:
Options for guest linking are:
Require one or more guests to be associated with each item, setting this will mean that agents and direct guests must link at least 1 guest with every booked item.
Only allow one guest to be associated with each item, setting this will mean that agents and direct guests must link at most 1 guest with every booked item.
Require customer to declare number of guests and add details for each guest in booking, setting this will mean that agents and direct guests will be prompted to declare the number of guests they are booking for:
And enter details for each guest prior to the guest association stage:
These settings enforce format for guest first and last name and additional first and last name.
If restrictions are set only entries of the required format will be accepted.
Set Show to present a field when booking and Require to force it to be entered to proceed.
Notes:
Contact email and Contact telephone will only be enforced for lead guests (enforcing this for all members of a group does not in practice increase the amount of usable contact information received).
When a booking is made across multiple vendors the most restrictive guest settings will apply.
