Guests

Which fields are presented to guests and which of these are compulsory can be controlled inside your account.

Guest fields are managed via Product Setup >> Guest Fields:

If Require one or more guests to be associated with each item is checked all items booked for the vendor will have to have at least 1 guest associated.

If Only allow one guest to be associated with each item is checked all items booked for the vendor will have to have at most 1 guest associated.

Each of the guest fields can be set to be present on the widget or not and compulsory or not.

Note:

• When a booking is made across multiple vendors the most restrictive guest settings will apply.

• if you would like to force agents agents to link guests you will need to ask RoomBoss to setup to enforce the new UI.
