Add Content with Display Conditions to an Existing Template

Conditions apply to a whole content block.

When adding content with display conditions to an existing template, make sure the content that should only be shown to certain guests is placed in its own separate block.

If the content is currently part of a larger block, use the duplicate button general-rich-messages-duplicate-icon to copy the existing block. Then edit the original and duplicated blocks so the email is broken into the right sections.

Keep general content in blocks that should be shown to all guests. Place content with display conditions in its own block.

Once the content is in its own block, use Advanced Settings on the block to control when it should appear.

For example, the block can be shown only when the guest's package includes a specific product, category, or vendor. It can also be shown only when the package does not include a specific product, category, or vendor.

If you are adding completely new content with display conditions, create a new block for that content and set the appropriate display condition in Advanced Settings.

Use the up and down arrows to adjust the order of the blocks so the email reads correctly, then save the template.
