Accepting Bookings as "Book & Pay"​

  • Inventory setup is required

Three Types of Inventory Management​

1. Instructor Availability Management​

Set the number of instructors available by category type

  • Suitable for large schools
  • Also suitable for smaller schools during periods when instructors are not yet assigned

2. Instructor Work Days​

Click on instructors to mark workdays or days off

  • Marked workdays are treated as available inventory
    Assumes instructors are known and registered in the system
  • Suitable for small schools
  • Also suitable for large schools where instructors are divided into departments

3. Bulk Schedule Addition​

  • Same functionality as Instructor Workdays
  • Add schedules for multiple instructors at once (limited to the same category)
