How to communicate with your guests using RoomBoss Rich Messages.

You can communicate information to your guests through Messages visible to the guest during the booking process, and through Automated Emails they receive upon certain triggers (actions).

Messages

Messages can be used to display payment conditions, bank details, terms and conditions and general instructions for the guest on the Guest Intranet Page, invoices and receipts.

The Guest Intranet Page allows customers to make payments and view the details of their booking online. This is accessed via a URL that is displayed on the Edit A Booking page (a guest email address must be entered to use the Guest Intranet Page) and can be sent to a guest.

Automated Emails

Emails are sent based on user defined HTML templates and trigger events determine when they are sent. Where required, emails can be sent with a number of days offset.

Emails and messages can be:

  • Account Wide - messages displayed or emails sent to all guests.

  • Vendor Specific - messages displayed or emails sent on a per vendor basis to guests.

To access the Rich Messages page: Navigate to Product Setup →
