新規アカウント設定

Accommodation ECS accounts are intended to facilitate B2B sales for properties that are managed under a 3rd party PMS. Room stock can be set manually or via an API connection to the 3rd party PMS or middle-ware.

Following completion of your account setup, you will be provided with a new User ID. Upon receiving access to your new RoomBoss account, there are a number of steps required before you can start selling.

Product Details

Navigate -> Product Setup -> Product Details

• Set Booking Policy Control your booking and cancellation policies – Booking Window, Cancellation Policy, and Online Payment options. Accessible by clicking on the Policy tab.

• Check Room Types Check all room types are present and correct (Name, Maximum Guests and other attributes) accessible by clicking Room Types tab.

• Enter Text Descriptions Enter Text Descriptions (hotel description and room descriptions) accessible by clicking on the Text Descriptions tab

Rates

• Enter & Check Rates Navigate -> Product Setup -> Rates Enter rates for date ranges that you wish to put on sale, accessible via the main menu through Product Setup → Product Details → Rates. If you would like to check pricing for particular dates and occupancy, this can be done using the Price Calculator.

Control Stock

• Enter Stock for Each Room Type Navigate -> Booking Channels -> Allotments This page will allow you to control how many rooms are available to be booked, room stock can be added and removed at any time. This can be done by navigating to Product Setup → Control Stock.

User Accounts

• Add Users Navigate -> Account -> Users Provide members of your team with individual or group logins by setting up additional users. Users can be granted different permission levels according to their role. For more information, visit our User Management documentation.

Booking Channels

• Booking Channels Settings Navigate -> Booking Channels -> Access Set Access and Commission for individual booking channels, with the option to add additional agents. Once this step has been completed, agents will be able to start booking rooms. For more information, visit our Booking Channels documentation.

Invoice Strategy

• Set Invoicing Strategy Navigate -> Product Setup -> Invoice Strategy This a beneficial time saving feature if you are planning to invoice agents using RoomBoss and are not using the Create Invoices In Bulk feature.

Note: Setting Invoice Strategies is only required if you are using RoomBoss for invoicing.
