Setting up your new Accommodation ECS account

Accommodation ECS accounts are designed to support B2B sales for properties managed under a third-party PMS. Room availability can be set manually or via an API connection to your PMS or middleware.
Once your account setup is complete, you will receive a new User ID. After accessing your RoomBoss account, follow these steps to start selling:
Navigate to Product Setup →
Control your booking and cancellation policies – including the Booking Window and Cancellation Policy.
Verify that all room types are correct (name, maximum guests, and other attributes) by clicking the Room Types tab.
Provide descriptive text for your property and individual rooms by accessing the Text Descriptions tab.
This page will allow you to control how many rooms are available to be booked, room stock can be added and removed at any time.

Accommodation ECS accounts set up rates similarly to PMS accounts using and .
If you would like to check pricing for particular dates and occupancy, this can be done using the .

Navigate to Account → Provide members of your team with individual or group logins by setting up additional users. Users can be granted different permission levels according to their role. For more information, consult our documentation.
Navigate to Product Setup → Set Access and Commission for individual booking channels such as travel agents. Once this step has been completed, travel agents will be able to start booking rooms or make requests. For more information, please see our documentation.
Navigate to Product Setup → This a beneficial time saving feature if you are planning to invoice agents using RoomBoss and are not using the feature.
