Managing Rates & Restrictions At The Day Level

Navigate to Product Setup → Rates
Rates can be entered day by day directly into the page:
In the example shown, 3 room types exist:
2 BDR
2 BDR Config
3 BDR
2 BDR - Book Now Rate for dates 2021/03/29 to 2021/04/28 is set to 50,000.
Repeat this for the other rate plans using the same dates (2021/03/29 to 2021/04/28):
2 BDR Config - Book Now Rate set to 45,000.
3 BDR - Book Now Rate set to 60,000.
Once the main rates Book Now Rate are set, all derived rates will be automatically calculated.
It is also possible to set restrictions on the Bulk Update page, restrictions set here will override those set on the rate plan.
The following restrictions can be set:
Open/Closed rate plans
Open/Closed for Arrival
Open/Closed for Departure
Min LOS (Minimum Length of Stay)
Max LOS (Maximum Length of Stay)
Min days to check in (Minimum days to check in)
Setting Min LOS (Minimum Length of Stay):
2. Select Room Type: 2 BDR 3. Select Rate: Non Refundable Early Bird 4. Set Min LOS (Minimum Length of Stay): 4 5. Set date range: 2021/03/29 to 2021/04/28 6. Click Update and Close
The room type 2 BDR will show Min LOS set to 4.
Closing a rate plan:
2. Select Room Type: 3 BDR 3. Select Rate: Breakfast Plan 4. Set Closed: Yes 5. Set date range: 2021/03/29 to 2021/04/28 6. Click Update and Close
3 BDR - Breakfast Plan will show Closed and will be highlighted in pink.
A quicker alternative is adding in bulk, to do this click the edit icon next to the desired room type:
