How to setup email templates

To setup email templates:
Navigate to Product Setup →
Select the recipients to receive the email:
Account Wide - emails sent to all guests that fulfil the trigger events
Vendor Specific - emails sent on a per vendor basis to guests that fulfil trigger events
Select the Vendor drop down menu
Select the email trigger and language from the drop down menu
Enter the email Subject - when the email is sent, RoomBoss will add the Booking ID to the subject line
Enter the email text
Click Save
You may see a preview of your message by clicking the Preview button.
Merge Tags and HTML can also be used in your templates, please see the section for more information.
