Vendor sets are groups of vendors which can be used to restrict which vendors show on multi vendor booking widgets, or used as a booking filter on the RoomBoss dashboard.

Vendor sets are groups of vendors which can be used to restrict which vendors show on multi vendor booking widgets, or used as a booking filter on the RoomBoss dashboard.

Navigate to the Account → page, and enter the name the group will be identified by.
Enter a code that will be used to access the vendor set. This code can be a word such as summer or rustic and will be visible in the URL of the widget. (Alphanumeric characters only.)
Choose the vendor type the vendor set will consist of. (Vendor sets must consist of either all accommodation, or all non-accommodation vendors.)
Next, add vendors to the vendor set by using the arrow controls to add them to the "Include" list.
Once you have included all of the desired vendors (minimum 1), click Add Vendor Set.
Make the desired changes, which can include updating the name, code, or vendors in the vendor set, and click Update.
You will be prompted for confirmation prior to deleting - if you are ready to remove this vendor set, click Yes to proceed.
The vendor set URL parameter vs can be used to show only the desired group of vendors on multi vendor widgets.
For example:
the multi-accommodation booking widget URL https://examplehotelurl.com/search?loc=niseko&vs=rustic would only show vendors that belong to the Rustic Accommodation vendor set.
The multi-services URL https://exampleactivitiesurl.com/public/booking/order02.jsf?mv=1&vs=summer would only show vendors that belong to the Summer Services vendor set.
Vendor sets can also be used to filter booking activity on the RoomBoss Booking HQ page.
Click the blue edit icon in the vendor set you wish to edit.
Click the red delete icon in the vendor set you wish to delete.
