Details
Description

Business Name

The name of the account, visible to other companies.

Currency

The name of the account, visible to other companies.

Time Zone

The Time Zone used when displaying such information as the booking creation date.

MailChimp API Key

Integrate Guest Details with your MailChimp account. For Users of the MailChimp system for email marketing and list management. Please find our MailChimp documentation here.

Wufoo API Key

The API key of your Wufoo account. Please refer to the Wufoo instructions to find your API key.

User Name

The name of the currently logged in User.

User ID

This automatically generated User ID is used to sign in to RoomBoss.

Password

Change the logged in user’s password.

Email

The email address associated with the currently logged in User. In the case of the Admin account, this email is associated with the Roomboss account.*

Password Recover Email

Please make sure this email address is unique and not used by another account / user. We recommend using an email address that is accessible by multiple members of your team.

Telephone

The telephone number of the currently logged in user.

Language

The language used by us (RoomBoss) when sending emails to you.

* If you will be using Paypal then the default email address to receive payment is the email address you enter on this page. Note it is possible to use a different email address for Paypal payments

Automated Emails

This section allows you to control which automatic emails are sent by RoomBoss to your guests. Each control correlates to a unique Rich Message Template in Product Setup → Rich Messages

Tasks

The ability to automate the creation of the two listed tasks. Please navigate to CRM → Tasks to further manage tasks.

Sales Desk

Control to enable Sales Desk Tracking for your account here. Please navigate to Account → Sales Desk to create Sales Desk locations.

Auto Cancel Bookings

Enable the automatic cancellation of unpaid bookings for your account. Automatic cancellation is controlled by the invoice strategy applied to each booking. Please navigate to Product Setup → Invoice Strategy

POS

Control to enable Square POS for your account.

Adria Scan

Control to enable Adria Scan on Front Desk HQ for your account. Our documentation on using Adria Scan

Warn Users

Control to enable each type of warning that is displayed to users within your account or agents that are booking your products/services. Each warning listed will be displayed as red warning text on the “Edit a Booking” page on a particular booking.

Booking Widget

Control to enable Custom Widget Domain and link its url. Control to restrict duplicate guest entries entered through that domain’s booking widget.

Logo

A default logo set here will appear on invoices and receipts for all vendors/properties. You can optionally override the logo for particular vendors/properties in Product Setup → Product Details → Images.
