Square Integration

Connecting your Square account with RoomBoss

Link Square with RoomBoss

  1. Login as the user's admin account

  2. Navigate to Account →

  3. Click the "Add Account" button under the appropriate section: Square Account for web payments and Square POS Account for POS payments.

  4. Follow the instruction on the Square page, Login to your Square Account and Authorise RoomBoss requested permissions.

  5. Confirm You are taken back to the Square Account page and an account appears under the Square POS Account Section.

Square Payment Gateway

Payment Form

Choose which payment form the guest will use, either the Square guest payment form or the RoomBoss guest payment form.

The RoomBoss guest payment form is available in multiple languages.

Choose from one of the Square Locations that you have set up within your Square Account.

Save Customer And Card

The option to save the customer and card history to your Square account. Transaction history is not recorded within RoomBoss.

When creating a new Square there are some further options to choose, more so than other payment gateways.

You can set either the Square guest payment page, only available in the language of that Square location, but this option allows you to customise the customer information screen with .

Choose the name of the Square account you have .
