How to setup email templates

To setup email templates:

  1. Navigate to Product Setup → Rich Messages

  2. Select the recipients to receive the email:

    • Account Wide - emails sent to all guests that fulfil the trigger events

    • Vendor Specific - emails sent on a per vendor basis to guests that fulfil trigger events

      • Select the Vendor drop down menu

  3. Select the email trigger and language from the drop down menu

  4. Enter the email Subject - when the email is sent, RoomBoss will add the Booking ID to the subject line

  5. Enter the email text

  6. Click Save

Merge Tags and HTML can also be used in your templates, please see the Merge Tags section for more information.

You may see a preview of your message by clicking the Preview button.

Saving templates may take a little time. When saving, please wait until you see the Saved message in the top right of the screen before navigating away from the page.
