Flywire

  • 0% fees when receiving payment via cards based in another currency.

  • Competitive exchange rates for customers.

  • As part of Flywire's checks and balances, in a small number of cases there may be some delay before RoomBoss receives the payment notification. We recommend using Flywire in conjunction with our Payment Gateway Strategies to ensure payment is received prior to the booking start date.

RoomBoss has the ability to create a hybrid payment solution using Payment Gateway Strategies, allowing you to optimise terms and commission rates based on predefined rules. Example Accept payments through Flywire for international credit cards to take advantage of Flywire's 0% fees on international payments; whilst keeping the option to use alternate payment gateways for Japanese-based credit cards which may have lower domestic rates.
