Completing the connection requires action at our end. Please note this will only be possible between 9 AM and 4 PM from Monday to Thursday and that we may not be able to complete connections immediately.
Once you have confirmed the room types, you can start the integration process.
Click on Connectivity provider from the Account icon in the Booking.com extranet, search for and select RoomBoss.
Choose 2-way Connection and complete the steps as prompted. Please make sure your Connection management page looks like this:

Please make sure to let us know which rate plans per room type you want us to use for the connection. See this page for more information about managing rates and restrictions inside RoomBoss.
We will connect the property and you will receive notification once this is done.
Contact Ctrip sales team or your account manager for connecting to RoomBoss Channel Manager.
Once the setting is done on Ctrip, they will contact the RoomBoss team for further setup.
Inside your Expedia account open the property you wish to connect and choose Rooms and Rates → Connectivity Settings.
Choose RoomBoss from the options and Connect.
This will start the connection process and you will be CC’d on an email titled “EQC ARBR Connected for XXXXX” .
Please make sure to let us know which rate plans per room type you want us to use for the connection. See this page for more information about managing rates and restrictions inside RoomBoss.
We will connect the property and let you know once this is done.
Inside your Airbnb account, access this page to request a connection to RBCM. Set the permissions on the mentioned page to show the following and click Allow

Please make sure to let us know which rate plan(s) and cancellation policy per rate plan you want us to use for the connection.
If you are connecting a property for a host who does not have a property linked to RB, we will respond with the necessary steps.
If you are the host who already has a property linked to RB, send us the Airbnb URL or the Listing ID of the property you wish to connect.
Please contact us first to discuss connections prior to linking Jalan.
It is only possible to link Jalan accounts to properties with an existing RoomBoss Channel Manager account.
From the Dashboard of your RoomBoss Channel Manager account, click the icon under the Jalan column for the property you wish to link, and enter the Jalan account User Name and Password (these are the user name and password you use to log into your Jalan account).
If you do not see the Jalan column on the Dashboard, please contact us.
