The allows you to manage room availability by setting rooms as Out of Service (OOS) or Out of Order (OOO). This tool is useful for operational scenarios such as short-term maintenance, renovations, or when rooms cannot be used.
Used when a room is temporarily unavailable (e.g. short-term maintenance).
The room cannot be booked during this period.
The blocked dates are included in availability statistics and reporting.
Used when a room is undergoing repairs or cannot be used at all.

Select the Vendor Use the dropdown at the top to choose the vendor (property) you want to manage.
Select the Room(s)
Use the arrows (→
) to move rooms from the Exclude list to the Include list.
You can select multiple rooms if needed.
Choose the Room Status Select either Out of Service or Out of Order from the dropdown.
Set the Start and End Dates Define the period during which the selected room(s) will be marked unavailable.
Optional: Add a Comment Provide notes (e.g. “AC maintenance”, “deep cleaning”, etc.) for internal reference.
Click Add Once everything is filled in, press Add to apply the room status.
You can also view past or future room status entries by using the Search function:
Set a date range using the “From” and “Until” fields.
Click Search to see any existing Out of Service or Out of Order records for that period.
