How to view and generate Housekeeping Reports

RoomBoss Housekeeping Reports provide both a detailed report of all existing cleaning tasks via the View report and a long term projection of future cleans via the Forecast report.

View Report

The Housekeeping Report will show all existing cleans for a chosen date range.

Navigate to Operations → Housekeeping Report and choose the View tab.

Move the property you wish to look at into the right box using the arrows, select the date range you wish to report on and click Show tasks. This will show all existing cleans for the chosen date range.

For a downloadable Excel report click Generate Report then Download Report.

Forecast Report

The Housekeeping Forecast report provides a downloadable overview of projected cleaning for a period of up to 60 days.

Navigate to Operations → Housekeeping Report, click the Forecast tab.

Select the Property you wish to look at, start date and duration of the search - From and Number of Days, click Generate Report. A chart of daily cleans will be visible here and full reports can be downloaded in Excel format.

• Housekeeping forecast is intended to provide a forecast to assist in tasks such as staff scheduling.

• It is based on booking stay dates and the schedules selected for each booking.

• Cleans for all booking that are live will be included.

• Manual cleans and edits made to cleaning are not included.

• No cleans are created in any bookings, it is not necessary to run the housekeeping update before the forecast.
