Accessing Online Self Check-in forms from Front Desk HQ

During the check-in process, it is possible for front desk teams to check the status of a guest's Online Self Check-in form on the Front Desk HQ Arrival page.
Navigate to Operations → Front Desk HQ
Select today's Date.
Select Property type.
Click Arrival.
The Guest Registration column shows whether the guest has accepted the Terms of Stay AND signed the form; it also provides a link (View) to the Online Self Check-in form.
Note: by signing up to use the RoomBoss Online Self Check-in System the Registration Forms column (PDF check-in form download) will be replaced by the Guest Registration column.
