How to deal with a cancelled channel manager booking

Cancelled channel manager bookings will be updated inside your account, you will receive a notification email.

The format of the email subject will be as below: [RoomBoss] [My Hotel] 660876 Booking Cancelled (RoomBoss Channel Manager)

Ensure any awaiting Tasks in the booking are marked as Completed or Won't Complete.

All changes to the Status, Stay Dates and Room Type have to be made by the booking channel and should never be changed inside RoomBoss.
