Modify a Reservation
If a guest wants to change a reservation:
Make changes to the booking on the Edit A Booking page.
Update the invoices on the Financial tab (if relevant).
Once a change has been made, you will receive a notification email.
The format of the email subject will be as below: [RoomBoss] [My Hotel] 660876 Booking Modified (My Hotel)
To send booking details, invoices, and payment link to your guest, copy the Customer Intranet URL from the Edit A Booking page, or set up Automated Emails to quickly send details via the Send Email button on the Edit A Booking page
