How to identify new request booking types

This page will help you to identify the type of booking that you have received. You can identify the type by looking at the booking in RoomBoss or at the the notification email received.

What is a Booking Request?

When an enquiry is received from a potential customer or an agent, a Booking Request is generated in RoomBoss. A Booking Request is not a confirmed booking, therefore it will not change the number of rooms available to be booked.

Direct Bookings

The email subject of a Direct Booking Request.
