Using Allotments

If you have allowed agents access to book your accommodation, it is possible to hold back room stock to be booked by direct channels only, or allow some of your room stock to be booked by a particular agent only.
You do this using allotments.
Navigate to Booking Channels → Allotments
Choose the room type you wish to view at the top of the screen.
To add or edit allotments click Change Agent Allotments:
Make updates and click Save. Saving will merge with existing values. Overlapping dates will be updated to the new Quantity value.
Changing allotments will not effect any bookings that have already been made.
To delete an Allotment, click the to the right of the allotment you wish to delete. This will not effect any bookings that have already been made.
