You will need to set up accounts on the OTA(s) you wish to connect to RoomBoss.
RoomBoss will map room type(s) setup inside the PMS to room type(s) on the OTA. This enables communication between the OTA and RoomBoss with regard to the mapped room type(s).
Before trying to connect, please ensure the following.
For all OTAs except Airbnb:
1 property on the OTA matches with 1 property in RoomBoss.
1 room type on the OTA matches with 1 room type in RoomBoss. The number and name of room types on the OTA and RoomBoss are ideally identical.
For Airbnb Specifically:
Room types with multiple units in RoomBoss MUST be types that allow this on Airbnb. (e.g. derived apartments)
1 listing on Airbnb matches with 1 room type on RoomBoss.
Default availability should be set to zero on all OTAs and availability controlled by RoomBoss.
