This approach can be used for travel agent bookings where first contact with the guest is on arrival, the guest's Check-in ID is provided by the front desk team.

Where to Locate Guest's Check-in ID

The customer's Check-in ID is located on the Edit A Booking page in the Registration Forms URL.

We are currently implementing a change that will display the Check-in ID on the Edit A Booking page and the Front Desk HQ arrival page.

Check-in Steps using Check-in ID

The guest can search for a booking by entering their Check-in ID and Guest Last Name and clicking Search

The guest will be required to enter Guest Details. Information provided by the guest at the time of booking will be pre-populated on the form.

The guest will agree to the Terms of Stay by clicking on the "I agree to the Terms of Say, and sign above in acceptance" checkbox and signing in the signature box.

The form will autosave after 5 seconds of inactivity after a change has been made.

Check-in using Check-in ID and Guest Last Name is performed on the check-in page -

Once Guest Details have been completed, the guest can click on the Next Button or on Terms of Stay to progress to the next step. This page will displays conditions that apply to guests staying at the property (click to see how to setup Terms of Stay for your property).

When the guest has completed the form, they can save by clicking on the Save icon ​
