Suggested Workflow

Suggested setup of Housekeeping workflow

The following is RoomBoss' suggested workflow for using Housekeeping:

  1. Setup schedules to cover the majority of your cleaning scenarios.

  2. Use the default or select another of your schedules for each booking as they are made.

  3. If you choose not to use one of your pre-defined cleaning schedules for a booking. Manually set the cleaning tasks and set the Housekeeping Update Policy to Exclude From Mass Update.

  4. If you require an overview of future housekeeping i.e. for scheduling purposes. Use the Housekeeping Forecast Report.

  5. Prior to check-in, run Mass Update to generate cleans for upcoming bookings. This could be done daily during peak season.

  6. View and download the cleaning tasks as needed.
