While the roles listed in can be combined in any number of ways according to your team members and requirements, there are however two recommended types of user:

User Type 1

  • Able to lock payments and packages.

  • Requires Trust R1 – View and Trust R3 – General Accounting permissions.

User Type 2

  • Able to lock payments and packages, open and close each accounting month, and unlock payments and packages prior to closing the accounting month.

  • Requires Trust R1 – View, Trust R2 – Manage Owners, Trust R3 – General Accounting and Trust R5 – Advanced Accounting permissions.
