The RoomBoss Point Of Sale (POS) is a comprehensive solution, covering hardware and software, allowing users to process payments and complete customer purchases.

It can facilitate customer-facing sales including issuing receipts and tickets (if necessary).

RB POS Additional Features

Allow Room Charge for PMS users.

For RoomBoss PMS users, customers can purchase on POS with Room Charge payments, so that the customer can pay at once at their checkout.

Integration with SKIDATA

After purchasing on POS, the bookings sync with SKIDATA automatically, which generates an unique barcode that can go through SKIDATA gates. (If you are interested in this functionality, please contact RoomBoss)

Integration with Square Terminal

Square Terminal can be integrated with RoomBoss POS. The payment amount will reflect to Square Terminal automatically, which can reduce the human errors. (If you are interested in this functionality, please contact RoomBoss)

POS Sales Desks

When signing in to POS, it is necessary to select a Sales Desk.

Navigate → Account → Sales Desk

Any booking made will be recorded as being made from that Sales Desk.
