Frequently asked questions about Neppan integration

Q1 What happens when availability changes in RoomBoss?

RoomBoss will automatically update availability in Neppan. Neppan will then update your channels (Expedia, booking.com etc).

Q2 Is there any chance of overbooking?

Yes, there is a small chance that overbooking can occur. This is due to the time it takes for RoomBoss to update availability in Neppan + the time for Neppan to update your channels. It is a small risk that is part and parcel of working with channel managers.

Q3 How do I control rates?

Rates are managed inside Neppan. While RoomBoss can control availability in Neppan, we are unable to control rates.

Q4 How do I add new channels or remove channels?

Adding and removing channels is done inside Neppan.

Q5 How is the channel recorded inside RoomBoss?

The channel will be recorded within the notes of the booking.
