RoomBoss will automatically update availability on channels.
Q2 Is there any chance of overbooking?
Yes, there is a small chance that overbooking can occur. This is due to the time it takes for RoomBoss to update availability across your channels. It is a small risk that is part and parcel of working with multiple channels.
Q3 How is the channel recorded inside RoomBoss?
The channel will be recorded within the notes of the booking and in the booking Segment.
