How to identify modified booking types

This page will help you to identify the type of booking that you have received. You can identify the type by looking at the booking in RoomBoss or at the the notification email received.

Direct Booking

The email subject of a Modified Direct Booking.

No Booking Source in RoomBoss = Direct Booking, please click here.

Agent Booking

The email subject of a Modified Agent Booking.

Channel Manager
