How to process an agent booking reservation

New Reservation

When a new reservation is made, you will receive a notification email.

The format of the email subject will be as below: [RoomBoss] [My Hotel] 660876 New Booking (Agent Name)

  1. Check and confirm the booking details are correct on the Edit A Booking page.

  2. Add relevant Tasks and set due dates (if applicable).

    • Under Add a task, select an Activity from the drop down menu.

    • Enter a Description.

    • Set a Due Date and Time (if relevant).

    • Select a user from the drop down menu Assigned To.

    • Click Save

  3. Invoices will be automatically created on the booking (based on your Invoice Strategy).

  4. Download the invoice(s) from the Financial tab and send this to the agent via the notification email.
