Starting the Integration Process

Connecting to the RoomBoss Channel Manager

Completing the connection requires action at our end, please note this will only be possible between 9am and 4pm Monday to Thursday and we may not be able to complete connections immediately.

Once you have confirmed room types match you can start the integration process:

  1. Inside RoomBoss, enable the connection to RoomBoss Channel Manager via Booking Channels >> Access

  2. Contact RoomBoss that you have enabled access and specify the desired rate plan you wish to connect with OTAs. To Connect to Booking.com:

  1. Click on Connectivity provider from the Account icon in the Booking.com extranet, search for and select RoomBoss.

  2. Choose 2-way Connection and complete the steps as prompted.

  3. We will connect the property and you will receive notification once this is done.

To Connect to Ctrip:

  1. Contact Ctrip sales team or your account manager for connecting to RoomBoss Channel Manager.

  2. Once the setting is done on Ctrip, Ctrip will contact the RoomBoss team for further setup.

To Connect to Expedia:

  1. Inside your Expedia account open the property you wish to connect and choose Rooms and Rates >> Connectivity Settings.

  2. Choose RoomBoss from the options and Connect.

  3. This will start the connection process and you will be cc’d on an email “EQC ARBR Connected for XXXXX” .

  4. We will connect the property and let you know once this is done.

To Connect to Airbnb:

Please contact us to connect to Airbnb:

  • If you are connecting a property for a host who does not have a property linked to RB, we will respond with the necessary steps.

  • If the host who already has a property linked to RB send us the Airbnb url of the property you wish to connect.

Airbnb requires properties linking via a channel manager to use Simplified Pricing. Your pricing model will automatically change on connecting and you will receive an email from Airbnb confirming this.

To Connect to Jalan:

Please contact us to discuss connections prior to linking Jalan.

  1. It is only possible to link Jalan accounts to properties with an existing RoomBoss Channel Manager account.

  2. From the Dashboard of your RoomBoss Channel Manager account, click the icon under the Jalan column for the property you wish to link, and enter the Jalan account User Name and Password (these are the user name and password you use to log into your Jalan account). If you do not see the Jalan column on the Dashboard please contact us.

  3. We will be in touch to confirm the connection.
