Checking for Tasks and Invoices
Check for Due Tasks
Navigate to CRM → Tasks.
Make sure the Due by date is today and the Status is Not Completed and click Show / Refresh.
Enact tasks for the front desk team.
Entering tasks with an Activity and Assigned To user can help to clarify who is responsible.
Check for In house Bookings Not Yet Invoiced
Navigate to Bookings → Search Bookings.
Choose the Search by Payment Status tab.
Set From to be yesterday and Until to be today.
Select The invoiced amount does not equal the sale amount and click Search.
If you encounter a non-accommodation booking that isn't part of an accommodation package;
Open the accommodation booking.
Click Add To Package then Existing Booking. Enter the non-accommodation booking ID and follow steps.
Click the Financial tab and add invoice(s) to ensure the booking is fully invoiced with correct due date(s).
On the Edit A Booking page the Booking History and Financial History can help to identify team members involved in the booking if background information is required.
Check for In house Bookings with Overdue Invoices
Navigate to Bookings → Search Bookings.
Choose the Search by Payment Status tab.
Set From to be yesterday and Until to be today.
Select Payment Has Not Been Received with due by date yesterday. Click Search.
If you encounter a non-accommodation booking that isn't part of an accommodation package:
Open the accommodation booking.
Click Add To Package then Existing Booking. Enter the non-accommodation booking ID and follow steps.
Enact the overdue plan.
If automated emailing is enabled then guests can also be reminded by the system when payment is due.
