Cancel a Reservation
Agents can cancel bookings that have not yet checked-in inside their account. If the agent wants to cancel a booking or you are cancelling a booking because the agent has not paid:
On the Edit A Booking page, under Booking Status, Click Edit and change the Status from Active to Cancelled, click Save.
Ensure any awaiting Tasks in the booking are marked as Completed or Won't Complete.
Both you and the agent will receive a notification email stating that the booking has been cancelled
The format of the email subject will be as below: [RoomBoss] [My Hotel] 660876 Booking Cancelled (Agent Name)
