How to modify an agent booking
Modify a Reservation
If an agent wants to change a reservation:
Make changes to the booking on the Edit A Booking page.
Update the invoice(s) on the Financial tab (if applicable).
Download the invoices from the Financial tab and send to the agent (if applicable), you can respond to the agent via the notification email.
Once a change has been made, you will receive a notification email.
The format of the email subject will be as below: [RoomBoss] [My Hotel] 660876 Booking Modified (Agent Name)
Edit permission can be granted to agents on the Booking Channels page by enabling Can Edit. This allows them to modify bookings directly. See more info on the Help Site.
